This was created as part of a stills shoot for the LAYA Swim 2024 campaign. The expansive drone shots were used to tie in central coast beaches, where I had to find rocks that matched the bluffs and cliffs of Malibu: our primary location. Instead of trotting the talent to the cliff edge, I did a pickup shot with the drone and composited her in the shot in post, where I also digitally removed any pedestrian or onlookers of the shoot. I wanted it to look like we had the beach to ourselves, instead of the busy day at Zuma it was.
